Food concept
Hans says, because there is much competition and choice in Pattaya’s hotel and restaurant scene that we had to come up with something different. In addition to our menu we introduced every month a different special food promotion, and the top sellers of the various promotions mad it eventually into the a la carte menu. That way our menu was always updated according to changing consumer trends and preferences. During one of our promotion we introduced Exotic meats, and with that we also found a niche market and became known as Pattaya’s if not Thailand’s only restaurant specialising in Ostrich, Emu, Kangaroo & Crocodile, or various combination of those meats. Yet, for those who prefer something more familiar there are over 30 international specials including braised lamb shank, fillet of sole, duck al orange, steaks, rabbit in red wine sauce, cordon bleu and frog legs, to mention only a few as well as over 20 Thai favorites, vegetarian dishes and a children's menu. The latest introduction to the menu is a Swiss menu featuring over two dozen Swiss specials such as various Roesti and Cheese dishes including the famous Swiss Cheese Fondue.
